Who sets the prices? +
Our team sets a fair minimum and maximum price band for each tour. Each guide chooses their own price within that band, so you always pay a fair rate.
Are the guides licensed? +
Yes. Every guide is licensed by the Tourism Council of Bhutan and reviewed by our team before being approved on the platform.
How are payments handled? +
You pay the full amount securely at booking via Stripe. The platform keeps a small commission and the rest is paid directly to your guide.
Is the price per person or per group? +
Prices are shown per person. Your total is the per-person price multiplied by your group size.
Can I cancel? +
Cancellation terms depend on the tour and timing. Contact us and we'll coordinate with your guide.
